Starting from breakfast with homemade cakes, the kitchen staff carries on preparing typical Tuscan dishes, alternated with the most popular Italian flagship dishes, trying to exploit local produce mostly, in order to ensure authenticity at it's best.

The homemade jam tarts are a concrete example, as well as our fresh pasta, such as pici, gnocchi and pappardelle, and other traditional dishes, like the ribollita, the veal tagliata, the Etruscan rabbit, the porchetta ham, etc.
